// Pay-per-lead & sales management

Pay per qualified lead. We turn them into meetings.

We run the campaigns, check every lead against the criteria you set and call each one while they still remember filling in the form. You get meetings in your calendar, and you're billed only for the leads that meet your criteria.

The price per lead is agreed before we launch. Every lead is yours alone: we never resell it or share it with a competitor.

Leads delivered straight into the tools you already use

[ The problem ]

Most lead generation stops at the form

The agency gets paid for running the ads. Whether those contacts become clients is left to you, and that's where the money goes.

You pay for activity

Ad spend, a monthly fee and a report full of clicks. None of it tells you how many new clients you got.

Leads that never answer

Fake numbers, people who were only curious, contacts outside your area. Someone on your team still has to call each one to find out.

The call comes too late

The lead came in on Tuesday. Someone called on Thursday. By then they had already spoken to two of your competitors.

Nobody owns the pipeline

Leads sit in an inbox or a spreadsheet. No one can say how many were called, how many said no, or why.

// Why speed matters

Leads go cold faster than most teams call back

Harvard Business Review analysed 1.25 million sales leads and audited how 2,241 US companies answered a web enquiry. The results explain why our team calls first.

7×

more likely to qualify a lead when you try to reach it within the first hour, compared with an hour later

60×

more likely than companies that waited 24 hours or longer to get in touch

42h

average response time among the companies that replied within 30 days

23%

of the companies audited never replied to the enquiry at all

[ What we do ]

Two services, one goal: more closed deals

You can hire them separately. They work best together, because the sooner a lead gets a call, the more likely it is to turn into a meeting.

Service 01

Pay-per-lead generation

We plan and run the campaigns and take on the cost of the traffic. You pay a fixed price for each lead that meets the criteria we agree on.

  • Campaigns on Meta, Google and LinkedIn, chosen by where your clients are
  • Landing pages and forms written for your offer
  • Phone and email checked on every lead
  • Exclusive leads, sent to your CRM as they come in

Service 02

Sales management

Our team picks up every lead, qualifies it and books the meeting in your calendar. You only spend time with people who are ready to talk.

  • First call as soon as the lead comes in
  • Follow-up by phone, WhatsApp and email until there's an answer
  • The qualifying questions your best salesperson would ask
  • CRM kept up to date, with a weekly report on leads, meetings and sales

[ How it works ]

From the first click to a meeting in your calendar

Four steps. You take part in the first and the last; we handle everything in between.

  1. 01

    We define the lead

Service, area, budget, type of client. We put in writing what counts as a qualified lead and agree the price of each one.

  2. 02

    We launch the campaigns

Ads, landing page and form. Every contact is checked before it reaches you.

  3. 03

    We call and qualify

Our team calls each lead, asks the qualifying questions and books the meeting in your calendar.

  4. 04

    You close the deal

You see every lead, call and meeting in your CRM. When the numbers work, we raise the volume.

[ Sales management ]

What happens in a lead's first seven days

Plenty of leads miss the first call. That's why follow-up runs on a schedule with set dates, instead of a reminder in someone's head.

Talk to our team
  1. Minute 0

    The lead arrives

It lands in your CRM with the answers from the form and the campaign it came from.

  2. Minutes later

    First call

Our team calls while the request is still fresh in the person's mind.

  3. Same day

    WhatsApp and email

If there's no answer, a short message on each channel says who we are and why we're calling.

  4. Days 1 to 3

    Second and third attempt

At different times of day. A call in the evening often gets the answer the morning call didn't.

  5. Day 7

    Last attempt

If there's still no reply, the lead is closed with a reason, so you know what happened to every contact you paid for.

  6. When it qualifies

    Meeting in your calendar

The meeting is booked straight into your calendar, with a summary of the call so you know who you're talking to.

[ How we work ]

Four rules we don't break

We apply them to every client, before we sign anything.

01

A lead is defined in writing

Before launch we write down what a qualified lead is for you. If a lead doesn't meet it, you don't pay for it.

02

Your leads are only yours

Each lead goes to one company. We don't resell it, and we don't send it to your competitors.

03

We say no when it doesn't add up

If your price, your area or your capacity make the numbers fail, we tell you before you sign, even if it costs us the deal.

04

You see what we see

Leads, calls and meetings are logged in your CRM. The figures in our report are the ones you can check yourself.

[ Sectors ]

Where pay-per-lead works best

It works when a client is worth enough to justify the lead, and when one phone call is enough to know if a lead is qualified.

Home improvement

Quote requests for roofing, kitchens, windows and renovations.

Solar and energy

Homeowners and businesses asking for an installation quote.

Clinics and dentists

Patients booking a first visit for a specific treatment.

Legal services

People with a specific case looking for a lawyer now.

Insurance and finance

Requests for policies, mortgages and financial advice.

Real estate

Owners who want a valuation and buyers ready to view.

Education and training

Students and companies asking about a course or programme.

B2B services

Decision makers who want a proposal for a service you sell.

[ Your team ]

The people behind your account

A small team works on your account from the first week, and you always know who to call.

AM

Account manager

Your single contact

Agrees the criteria with you, reviews the results every week and decides what changes.

CS

Campaign specialist

Ads and landing pages

Builds and runs the ads, pages and forms, and adjusts them so the price per lead holds.

LQ

Lead qualifier

Calls and follow-up

Calls every lead, asks the qualifying questions and books the meetings in your calendar.

QA

Quality analyst

Lead checks

Checks every lead against the agreed criteria before it's counted, and reviews any lead you flag.

[ Who it's for ]

It works when you have room for more clients

Pay-per-lead isn't for every business. This is how we decide whether it makes sense for yours.

A good fit if

  • You sell a service with a clear price and you know what each client is worth to you
  • Your team could take on more work next month
  • You close when you get in front of the right people
  • You want to know what each new client costs you to win

Not a fit if

  • You're looking for the cheapest lead on the market
  • You couldn't serve new clients if they arrived tomorrow
  • Your offer or your prices change every few weeks
  • You're after brand awareness, not sales
[ FAQ ]

The questions we get before we start

What exactly is a qualified lead?

A person who meets the criteria we agree with you before launch: the service they need, where they are, their budget or company size, and a phone number that works. It's written down, so there's no debate later about which leads count.

How much does each lead cost?

It depends on your sector, your area and how strict the criteria are. You get a fixed price per lead before launch, and it only changes if we both agree to change it.

What if a lead is fake or doesn't qualify?

You flag it and we review it. If it doesn't meet the agreed criteria, it isn't charged.

Are the leads exclusive?

Yes. Each lead is sent to one company only: yours.

Do I need my own sales team?

Someone on your side has to run the meeting and close the deal. We take care of everything before that: calling the lead, qualifying it, following up and booking the meeting.

Can you work with the CRM I already use?

Yes. Leads go into the CRM you already have. If you don't have one, we set one up for you as part of the service.

How soon do the first leads arrive?

As soon as the criteria are signed off and the campaigns go live. Before launch we give you an estimate of the monthly volume your market can deliver at the agreed price.

// Next step

Ready to pay only for leads that qualify?

One 30-minute call is enough to know if it makes sense for your business, and at what price per lead.

[ Let's talk ]

Tell us how many clients you can take on. We'll tell you if we can fill that.

In a 30-minute call we look at your service, your area and your numbers, and tell you whether pay-per-lead makes sense for you. If it doesn't, we'll say so.

No commitment and no sales pitch. If pay-per-lead isn't right for your business, you'll leave the call knowing why.
